The Five Mission Principles
These five pillars anchor mission work that lasts. Built from three decades in the field across multiple continents, they form a simple yet powerful framework for sustainable kingdom work.
Equipping the Church
The goal of every trip is to strengthen the local church, because the church is the long-term answer. This looks like leadership trainings, pastor mentoring, conferences, and practical tools that help leaders disciple well after we leave.

Evangelism
We never build a relationships without sharing Jesus. Evangelism is the why behind the work, calling people to Christ and inviting them into the life of the church.

Strategic Humanitarian Care
We meet real needs in ways the community actually wants and can sustain. That means partnering with local leaders for smart outreach, not random handouts or one-time projects.

Financial Sustainability
We help communities grow what they already have by developing local skills, identifying assets and small income paths. Simple micro-enterprise efforts (crafts, goods, services) create dignity and lasting support for the community.

Influence on Social Media
People are being formed by what they scroll, even in the poorest villages. We help believers use phones and platforms to spread truth, disciple others, and amplify the church’s voice in their community.

Built for churches who see the need and are ready to send
Few churches have an active missions program and even fewer know where to start. The ideal “client” is a church that has the desire to initiate a missions program, leading to sending out teams. Ours is a biblical approach, inspired by the instruction of Jesus Himself to “go out to all the nations”.
Starting from nothing
Churches with no missions structure yet, seeking biblical foundation and practical steps forward.
Shifting to reciprocal relationships
Churches tired of one-off trips, ready to build relationships that span years and transform communities.

Leaders needing framework

Real impact
Our team has trained churches across multiple nations, deployed teams to the field, mentored leaders in Honduras, Guatemala, Ukraine, and beyond, and been invited to speak at major pastor conferences reaching hundreds of leaders. We bring 50+ years of experience to your church.

How to Get Started
The process begins with an intake interview. We then schedule a meeting with all interested persons where we explain what international ministry entails, sharing our experiences and answering questions. We move ahead to assessing the spiritual gifts and skills of those desiring to travel. Our curriculum includes seven 90 minute classes, held weekly online. We customize a plan for training, mentoring and consulting, culminating in an actual trip. Through our many healthy relationships abroad, we can connect clients with these churches who can host teams.
